3. Recruiting Service

We operate a private recruiting network that introduces vetted closers to high-ticket sales opportunities. We are not your employer. Any compensation, commission structure, and employment terms are established directly between you and the company you are placed with.

4. Communications

By providing your email and phone number, you consent to receive emails and SMS messages from us regarding offers, application status, and related updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee placement, income, or any specific outcome. Results depend on your skills, effort, and the requirements of each opportunity.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information you submit is used solely to evaluate and match you with opportunities and will not be sold to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of The Sales Agency and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
